Role Description
The successful Veterinary Surgeon will manage a varied small animal caseload involving consultations, diagnostics and surgical procedures while enjoying a high level of clinical freedom and autonomy.
The role is particularly suited to someone with a surgical bias who is keen to build and develop their own surgical caseload within a supportive practice environment. There are excellent opportunities for ongoing development through funded CPD, certificate support and access to wider clinical communities and hospital support.
The position also involves collaborative working within the practice team while contributing to high standards of patient and client care.

The recently refurbished surgery offers modern facilities including multiple consultation rooms, a spacious prep area and a large operating theatre. The practice has been designed to provide a comfortable environment for both patients and clients, including separate cat and dog waiting areas.
As part of a wider veterinary network, the practice also benefits from access to additional clinical communities, referral support and professional development opportunities.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a qualified MRCVS Veterinary Surgeon with a passion for clinical excellence and client care. Applicants should be confident managing both consultations and surgery while enjoying the autonomy to build and shape their own caseload.
