Job Description

Introduction
Our Client’s hospital in Swansea is part of a long-established veterinary charity dedicated to providing vital care for pets belonging to people facing financial hardship. Working Hours / Rota
This is a full-time permanent role working 37.5 hours per week. Flexible working options are available to support work-life balance and individual circumstances.

Role Description
The successful Veterinary Surgeon will manage a diverse caseload including both medical and surgical cases while delivering high standards of patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment. The role requires strong clinical judgement, adaptability and a pragmatic approach to treatment planning that balances best practice with client circumstances.

The position offers excellent opportunities for ongoing clinical development through varied case exposure, collaborative case discussion and extensive CPD support. The successful candidate will also contribute to service development, client communication and the hospital’s wider mission of supporting pets and owners in need.
