Job Description

Introduction
Our Client is a corporately owned practice/hospital and operates a well-established small animal practice on the Isle of Wight. Located in a stunning coastal setting, the practice offers clinical variety, flexibility, and a genuinely supportive working environment. The team is committed to professional development, certificate progression, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance for all colleagues.

Working Hours / Rota
This is a part-time role working 30 hours per week. Flexible working patterns are available and can be discussed to suit individual preferences. The rota is designed to promote work-life balance while ensuring consistent patient care.

Role Description
The Veterinary Surgeon will manage a varied first-opinion caseload, with the opportunity to build and develop their own client base. The role allows for clinical autonomy and the pursuit of individual interests, with strong support available for certificate study and skill development. You will work collaboratively within a small, supportive team environment, delivering high standards of patient care and client communication.

Team Size
The practice comprises 3 Veterinary Surgeons and 4 Registered Veterinary Nurses, creating a close-knit and supportive team structure that encourages collaboration and shared learning.

The practice provides a wide range of small animal services within a well-equipped clinical setting. Situated between Sandown and Shanklin, the location offers coastal living with convenient access from Newport and Ryde.
