Role Description
The successful Veterinary Surgeon will play a key role within the clinical team, delivering high standards of patient and client care across a varied small animal caseload. Responsibilities will include preventive healthcare, diagnostics, treatment planning and case management with a strong emphasis on continuity of care and pet wellbeing.
The role would particularly suit a Veterinary Surgeon with a passion for early diagnostics, strong clinical standards and a proactive approach to ongoing development. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential as the practice works collaboratively across both clinical and non-clinical departments.
Team Size
The practice has a passionate and supportive veterinary team alongside dedicated non-clinical colleagues, all working collaboratively to provide excellent standards of care and customer service.
The wider group environment also provides access to ongoing training, development initiatives and a strong professional support network.
Practice Details
The surgery is purpose-built, spacious and equipped with modern veterinary technology to support a high standard of clinical care. The practice is committed to ongoing investment in both facilities and team development, ensuring continuous learning and clinical progression across all levels of the practice.
As part of a large independent veterinary group, the practice combines strong local community care with access to wider professional development opportunities and support.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Veterinary Surgeon with at least 3 years of experience, including a minimum of 1 year practicing within the UK. Applicants should have a genuine passion for diagnostics, case continuity and delivering excellent patient care.
