With significant refurbishment projects underway and expanding specialist services, this is an excellent time to join a collaborative and ambitious practice.
Working Hours / Rota
Flexible working options are available and can be discussed to suit individual needs.
The on-call structure supports work–life balance, with a full week off following a week on-call.
Role Description
You will deliver high-quality mixed veterinary care, contributing to both small animal and farm work within a supportive, multi-site environment.
The practices offer a broad and interesting caseload, supported by experienced Clinical Directors and Senior Vets. There are established referral services in ophthalmology, regular cardiology clinics, acupuncture services and laparoscopic procedures, alongside regular visits from a veterinary sonographer.
You will work collaboratively across both practices, contributing to strong clinical standards and positive client relationships while benefiting from a large and experienced team structure.
Practice Details
The group operates across two well-established sites in Paisley and Greenock.
Paisley is undergoing a major refurbishment and extension, including two theatres, a large prep area, dental suite, dedicated x-ray room, farm animal examination space, five consult rooms, a separate cat waiting area and expanded laboratory facilities.
Greenock is currently refurbishing ward kennels, cattery and isolation areas.
The wider team includes 21 Veterinary Surgeons (including 4 Clinical Directors and 3 Senior Vets), experienced nursing teams, Animal Care Assistants and administrative support staff, ensuring strong collaboration and cross-site support.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a Mixed Veterinary Surgeon with a passion for delivering high standards of patient and client care across both small and farm animal work.
You will value teamwork, professional development and contributing to a positive and forward-thinking practice culture. Flexibility, strong communication skills and a proactive attitude will be essential for success in this role.
