Introduction
Our Client is a corporately owned practice seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join a supportive and well-established team. This role offers variety across two sites, providing a diverse caseload and the opportunity to work within a collaborative clinical environment.

Working Hours / Rota
This is a full-time position working a 4-day week with 1 in 6 weekends and no out-of-hours.

Role Description
The Veterinary Surgeon will be responsible for delivering high standards of clinical care across two sites, managing a varied caseload that includes consultations, diagnostics, and surgical procedures. The role offers the opportunity to work across different practice environments while maintaining continuity of care for patients.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating patients, creating tailored treatment plans, and maintaining strong client communication. Veterinary surgeons will work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure excellent patient outcomes and a consistent client experience across both locations.

Team Size

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be an RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon confident in routine first-opinion practice. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, the ability to build client relationships, and confidence working across multiple sites.
