Introduction
Our Client’s practice is a well-established small animal clinic located in North London, offering a progressive and clinically focused environment. With a strong reputation and a growing client base, the practice is committed to delivering high standards of care while supporting vets in developing clinical niches and areas of special interest.

Working Hours / Rota
This is a full-time position working 4 days per week with a regular Friday off. The rota includes either 1 in 3 Saturdays or 1 in 6 full weekends, depending on preference. There are no specific out-of-hours details stated.

Role Description
This is a clinically focused Veterinary Surgeon role with a strong emphasis on internal medicine, diagnostic imaging, or cardiology. You will manage a varied and increasingly complex caseload, with the opportunity to work cases up thoroughly in-house and develop your diagnostic approach.

The role encourages building a clinical niche, supporting certificate study, and contributing to service development within the practice. You will play an active role in shaping clinical standards, collaborating with colleagues across the wider network, and maintaining continuity of care for clients and patients.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Veterinary Surgeon with a strong interest in internal medicine, imaging, or cardiology. You may hold or be working towards a certificate or have equivalent experience.

You will be confident managing medical cases, enjoy clinical problem-solving, and be motivated to develop your skills further. Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to high clinical standards are essential.
