The role follows a four-day working week with participation in a 1:3 half-weekend or 1:6 full-weekend rota. This is a sole charge role with structured practice and hospital support.
Role Description
The Veterinary Surgeon will deliver high-quality clinical care across consultations, procedures, and routine surgeries, while maintaining excellent client communication. Responsibilities include preparing tailored treatment plans with accurate estimates, ensuring regulatory and clinical compliance, and contributing to clinical handovers for patients requiring enhanced or overnight care. The role includes mentoring and developing the practice team, sharing best practice, and helping drive the continued growth and success of the branch.
Team Size
The practice operates as a sole charge site with support from an established nursing team, regional leadership, and a wider hospital-based clinical team.
Practice Details
