Introduction
Our Client is an independently owned practice and operates as a not-for-profit Community Interest Company (CIC), committed to providing accessible, affordable, high-quality veterinary care. Their focus is on delivering exceptional clinical care while removing financial barriers that prevent pets from receiving treatment. The practice offers a varied caseload, primarily consisting of sick and injured pets, providing Veterinary Surgeons with excellent opportunities to utilise and further develop their clinical skills within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Working Hours / Rota
This is a full-time position working 38 hours per week over a four-day week. The role includes participation in a 2 in 9 Saturday daytime rota, providing an excellent work-life balance.

Role Description
This is an excellent opportunity for a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon with at least three years of post-qualification experience to join a progressive practice dedicated to delivering outstanding patient care. The successful candidate will enjoy a varied caseload focused primarily on treating sick and injured pets, offering excellent opportunities to apply and further develop both medical and surgical skills.

Working within a collaborative team, the role provides exposure to a rewarding clinical caseload while encouraging continuous professional development. The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining high clinical standards while delivering compassionate care to both patients and clients.
