Introduction
Our Client’s practice in Merseyside is looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their friendly, supportive and forward-thinking team. This is a flexible opportunity where the role can be shaped around the successful candidate, whether they are medically or surgically biased, looking for full-time or part-time hours, or keen to develop a particular clinical interest.
The practice places excellent patient care and exceptional client service at the heart of everything they do, while creating a working environment where vets feel valued, supported and encouraged to grow.
Working Hours / Rota
This role is available on a full-time or part-time basis, with flexible working options considered to suit the candidate’s lifestyle. There are no out-of-hours duties, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. The practice is open to shaping the rota around the right Veterinary Surgeon.
Role Description
The successful Veterinary Surgeon will manage a varied first-opinion caseload, delivering high standards of patient care and building strong, trusted relationships with clients. The role can be adapted to suit either a medical or surgical bias, with the practice offering support for further development, special interests and clinical progression.
This is a role suited to someone who enjoys contributing ideas, improving ways of working, and being part of a team that is genuinely open to development and positive change.
