We are recruiting Veterinary Surgeons across Leicester and the wider Leicestershire area, working with a mix of independent practices, established veterinary groups, and large hospital settings.

Whether you’re seeking a first-opinion GP role, a surgery-heavy caseload, or a clinically progressive hospital environment with access to advanced diagnostics and referral support, we regularly recruit for permanent opportunities aligned to different experience levels and career goals.

Many roles in and around Leicester offer flexible rota patterns, including part-time options, four-day weeks, and reduced weekend commitments. A number of practices operate with no OOH, while others offer well-structured and fairly compensated OOH rotas.

Typical duties include consultations, diagnostics, routine soft-tissue surgery, dentistry, imaging interpretation, case management, clinical record-keeping, and client communication. Some positions provide structured mentorship, certificate support, and progression into Senior Vet, Clinical Lead, or hospital-based roles.

• RCVS registration

• Right to work in the UK

• Small-animal clinical experience (typically 2+ years unless stated otherwise)
