Introduction
Our Client is an RCVS-accredited, well-established 5-site small animal practice based in Leeds. The practice prides itself on creating an environment where people, patients, and passion truly matter, combining high clinical standards with a genuinely supportive and collaborative culture.

With continued growth and modern facilities, this is an exciting opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a forward-thinking and progressive team.

Working Hours / Rota
This is a full-time role working a 4-day week. The rota includes one 11-hour shift and three 9-hour shifts (with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break), starting at 8:30am. Saturdays are approximately 1 in 5, working 8:30am–6:30pm, with a day off the week before or after a Saturday worked. There are no Sundays or out-of-hours requirements. Bank Holidays are shared equally across the team.

Consulting-only roles can also be considered.

Role Description
This role would suit a Veterinary Surgeon with some experience who is keen to deliver exceptional patient and client care within a collaborative team environment. You will be responsible for consultations and surgical procedures, maintaining high clinical standards and building strong client relationships.

The practice supports a wide range of clinical interests, with many Veterinary Surgeons holding certificates and special interests. You will have the opportunity to develop your own areas of interest while working alongside experienced colleagues.

The practice is also a Nurse training site and hosts final-year veterinary students, offering an engaging and progressive clinical environment.

Team Size
You will join a team of 13 Veterinary Surgeons, many with certificates and advanced interests, supported by a highly skilled group of Veterinary Nurses and Receptionists who work collaboratively and enjoy being part of a close-knit team.

Practice Details
This is a modern and well-equipped practice offering excellent facilities across five sites. The practice is RCVS accredited and committed to maintaining high clinical standards.

As a training practice for Veterinary Nurses and a host for final-year veterinary students, the clinic fosters a culture of learning, mentorship, and professional development.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a qualified MRCVS Veterinary Surgeon with experience in small animal practice. You will be passionate about delivering excellent clinical care and committed to providing outstanding client service.
