Job Description

Introduction
Our Client’s hospital is a busy and well-established emergency and critical care facility, offering a dynamic and fast-paced environment for veterinary professionals. The hospital is committed to delivering exceptional patient care while supporting a collaborative and highly skilled clinical team.

Working Hours / Rota
This is a full-time role working 39 hours per week. The rota follows a 3-week rolling pattern with a mix of 9-hour and 11-hour shifts. The position includes a 1 in 3 weekend rota. This is a day-based ECC role.

Role Description
This is an exciting Veterinary Surgeon role focused on emergency and critical care within a hospital setting. You will be responsible for overseeing inpatient care and managing emergency cases presenting through the A&E service.

Your duties will include performing emergency procedures, coordinating care with the wider clinical team, and ensuring the highest standards of patient management. The caseload is medically biased, offering excellent opportunities to develop advanced clinical skills in ECC.

This role is ideal for a vet who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively while delivering high-quality care in challenging situations.
