Designed with both clinical excellence and team wellbeing in mind, the practice offers a modern, welcoming environment where high standards of care and a genuinely supportive culture sit at the heart of everything they do. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new practice from day one and help shape its future.

Working Hours / Rota
Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with flexibility around shift patterns to support a healthy work–life balance. Some weekend work is required as part of the rota, however there are no out-of-hours duties.

Role Description
This role is ideal for a Veterinary Surgeon who enjoys the variety of first opinion practice and wants to be actively involved in developing a new surgery. You will deliver high-quality clinical care across consultations and procedures, contribute to building strong client relationships, and play a hands-on role in shaping practice protocols and culture. Ongoing development is strongly supported, with encouragement for further qualifications and continued CPD.

As a newly opening practice, you will be joining a small, growing team with the opportunity to help build a collaborative and supportive working environment from the ground up.
