We are recruiting Veterinary Surgeons across Crewe and the wider Cheshire East area, working with a mix of independent practices, established veterinary groups, and hospital-level clinics.

Whether you’re looking for a first-opinion GP role, a surgery-heavy caseload, or a clinically progressive environment with strong team support, we regularly recruit for permanent positions suited to a wide range of experience levels and career goals.

Many roles in and around Crewe offer flexible rota patterns, including part-time options, four-day weeks, and reduced weekend commitments. A number of practices operate with no OOH, while others offer shared and well-supported OOH rotas.

Typical duties include consultations, diagnostics, routine soft-tissue surgery, dentistry, imaging interpretation, case management, clinical record-keeping, and client communication. Some roles also provide structured mentorship, certificate support, and progression into Senior Vet or Clinical Lead positions.

Requirements

• RCVS registration

• Right to work in the UK

• Small-animal clinical experience (typically 2+ years unless stated otherwise)

• Confidence with routine consultations and surgery

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
