Introduction
Our Client’s practice is a long-established independent small animal practice in a lovely rural location just outside Chester. The practice has recently achieved Practice Standards Scheme accreditation and offers a modern working environment, a loyal client base, and a supportive culture where staff are genuinely valued. This is an excellent opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon seeking clinical freedom, continuity of care, and the chance to build lasting client relationships within a friendly and dedicated team.

Working Hours / Rota

Role Description
The role offers a well-balanced caseload with a good mix of consulting and operating each day. You will enjoy varied first opinion small animal work, with the opportunity for clinical freedom, case continuity, and client continuity. The practice encourages case independence while also ensuring full support is available from the senior vet when needed. This is a great opportunity for a vet who enjoys delivering high-quality patient care while developing their own client base in a supportive independent setting.

Team Size
The practice has a small, dedicated team made up of 3 vets, qualified nurses, and highly experienced support staff. The environment is described as caring, supportive, and team-focused, with a great sense of humour throughout.
