We are recruiting Veterinary Surgeons across Cardiff and the surrounding region, partnering with a mix of independent practices, established veterinary groups, and large hospital settings.

Whether you’re seeking a first-opinion GP role, a surgery-heavy caseload, or a clinically progressive hospital environment, we consistently recruit for permanent roles that support a wide range of experience levels and career goals.

Most opportunities offer flexible rota patterns, including part-time options, four-day weeks, and reduced weekend commitments. Many Cardiff-based practices operate with no OOH, or offer shared and well-supported OOH rotas.

Typical duties include consultations, diagnostics, routine soft-tissue surgery, dentistry, imaging interpretation, case management, clinical record-keeping, and client communication. Several roles provide structured mentorship, certificate support, and clear progression into Senior Vet or Clinical Lead positions.

Requirements

• RCVS registration

• Right to work in the UK

• Small-animal clinical experience (typically 2+ years unless stated otherwise)
