Working Hours / Rota
This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week across a 4-day week, with participation in a 1:5 Saturday rota.

Role Description

The successful candidate will work within a collaborative, non-hierarchical environment where clinical excellence and teamwork are at the heart of every decision. Duties will include supporting consultations, providing inpatient and surgical care, assisting with diagnostic procedures, and contributing to the continuous improvement of patient welfare. The varied case mix ensures a role that is both challenging and fulfilling, allowing nursing skills to be fully utilised.

The practice benefits from a modern and well-equipped environment, supporting a wide range of medical, surgical, and emergency cases. As part of a larger group, staff have access to shared resources, development opportunities, and a strong clinical support network. The culture emphasises collaboration, equality, and mutual respect, allowing all team members to contribute to the success of the practice.

The Ideal Candidate
