Introduction
Our Client is a corporately owned 24-hour veterinary hospital in Woodstock, Oxfordshire seeking an enthusiastic Registered Veterinary Nurse to join its large and supportive nursing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an RVN who enjoys hospital nursing and wants exposure to a high-volume, varied caseload within a collaborative clinical environment.

Working Hours / Rota
The role is primarily based around 10-hour shifts, with flexibility available around the working pattern. Full-time hours across longer shifts, three-day weeks and part-time arrangements can all be considered for the right candidate. Specific weekend and out-of-hours requirements have not been provided.

Role Description
The successful Registered Veterinary Nurse will deliver high-quality nursing care across a varied hospital caseload, including nurse-led appointments, Schedule 3 activities, inpatient care and support with consultations, surgery and other clinical procedures.

Responsibilities will also include patient monitoring, admissions and discharges, alongside delivering excellent client care. The hospital environment provides strong opportunities to develop nursing skills through exposure to routine cases, orthopaedic surgery, complex soft tissue procedures and more challenging medical and surgical patients.

Team Size
The successful candidate will join a large multidisciplinary hospital team with an established and supportive nursing department. There is a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration, although specific team numbers have not been provided.

Practice Details
