Job Description

Introduction
Our Client’s practice is part of a well-established, RCVS-accredited group of small animal clinics located along Dorset’s stunning South Coast. With a strong reputation for clinical excellence and a supportive team culture, the practice offers a welcoming and collaborative environment where every team member plays a valued role.

Working Hours / Rota
This is a part-time, fixed-term maternity cover role working 26 hours per week. There are no out-of-hours or bank holiday requirements, supporting an excellent work-life balance.

Role Description
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a friendly and supportive team within a well-established practice.

You will enjoy a varied caseload, working across both consultations and surgical duties, providing high-quality patient care to a diverse mix of rural and urban clients. The role offers the chance to build confidence and develop clinical skills within a collaborative and experienced team environment.

You will also contribute to the training and support of Student Veterinary Nurses, as the practice is an accredited training centre, and play an active role in maintaining high clinical standards.

Team Size
You will be working within a highly experienced and supportive clinical team, alongside Student Veterinary Nurses and other veterinary professionals.

Practice Details
The practice is part of a 5-branch, RCVS-accredited group, offering modern facilities and a high standard of care. It operates alongside an in-house out-of-hours provider and is an accredited Veterinary Nurse Training Practice. Located in a picturesque historic town, the clinic benefits from excellent transport links and access to both countryside and coastline.
