The team is dedicated to delivering outstanding clinical standards while supporting continued professional growth across all levels.

Working Hours / Rota
This is a full-time position working four days per week. The rota includes 1 in 4 weekends and duty nights. Shifts are structured to provide variety across consults, inpatient care, and theatre duties while supporting work-life balance.

Role Description
As an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional patient and client care across a varied caseload. You will be fully involved in surgical nursing, inpatient monitoring, nurse consultations, and supporting diagnostic procedures. The role offers the opportunity to develop your skills further within a growing practice that actively encourages CPD and certificate progression. You will thrive in a collaborative environment and contribute positively to the ongoing development of clinical standards and team initiatives.

Team Size
You will be joining a growing and supportive multidisciplinary team made up of veterinary surgeons, registered veterinary nurses, student nurses, and support staff. Many team members are working towards certificates, creating a strong learning culture within the practice.

Practice Details
The practice is purpose-built, spacious, and well-equipped with modern facilities designed to support high-quality clinical care. It benefits from state-of-the-art equipment and a wide range of diagnostic and surgical capabilities, allowing the team to manage a diverse caseload to a high standard.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be an experienced RCVS-registered Veterinary Nurse with strong clinical and communication skills. You will be confident across all areas of general nursing, proactive in supporting colleagues, and passionate about delivering gold-standard patient care.
