Job Description
Introduction
Our Client’s practice is a thriving, multi-branch veterinary group committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a professional, compassionate, and friendly environment. The central hub location is a modern, well-equipped facility supporting multiple branches and offering advanced clinical services.
Working Hours / Rota
This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week. Shifts are 8 hours long and scheduled between 7:30 AM and 10:00 PM. The role includes 1 in 8 Saturdays with a day off in lieu. There are no out-of-hours requirements, as a dedicated emergency clinic is located on-site. The role is primarily based at the main branch, with occasional support required at other sites.
Role Description
This is a varied and hands-on nursing role ideal for a motivated RVN looking to develop their clinical skills. Responsibilities include anaesthesia monitoring, inpatient care, laboratory work, and nurse consultations. The role offers excellent opportunities for progression and development, including involvement in training student nurses, with support to become or continue as a clinical coach.

You will be part of a supportive and collaborative team within a larger multi-branch network, fostering knowledge-sharing and professional development.
Practice Details
The practice operates from a central hub with state-of-the-art facilities, including advanced surgical and diagnostic equipment. It features dedicated dog and cat wards, separate surgical preparation areas, and specialised suites for orthopaedics and minimally invasive procedures.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a confident and enthusiastic Registered Veterinary Nurse with strong clinical skills and a proactive attitude. A passion for learning and development is essential, along with a willingness to train or already be qualified as a clinical coach. A valid driving licence and a Level 3 Diploma in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent) are required.
