Job Description
Introduction
Our Client is an independently owned veterinary practice and part of one of the UK’s largest family-owned veterinary groups. This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a modern, purpose-built practice where you’ll work alongside a supportive team committed to delivering exceptional patient care and outstanding customer service.
Working Hours / Rota
This is a full-time position working four nine-hour days per week. The role includes participation in a one-in-four weekend rota and duty nights on rotation, averaging one night every 14 days.
Role Description
This varied nursing role offers the opportunity to work across consultations, theatre, inpatient care and surgical nursing within a busy first opinion practice. You will support the clinical team in delivering exceptional patient care while assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of the practice. Working closely with the Head Nurse, veterinary surgeons and fellow nurses, you will help maintain high clinical standards, contribute to clinical governance and provide outstanding customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for an RVN who enjoys a varied caseload and wants to continue developing their clinical skills within a supportive environment.
Team Size
You will become part of a friendly and collaborative team of veterinary surgeons, registered veterinary nurses and support staff, many of whom are undertaking additional qualifications and certificate training. The practice encourages teamwork, continuous learning and shared clinical development.

Ideal Candidate
