Introduction
Our Client is a corporately owned practice seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their growing team in Southampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the Head Nurse in driving clinical efficiency and to thrive in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Working Hours / Rota
The role involves 4 x 9-hour shifts per week, with 1 in 4 weekends and duty nights on rotation.

Role Description
The successful applicant will work across a varied caseload, supporting clinical governance and ensuring high standards of patient care. Daily duties will include consults, inpatient care, surgical support and laboratory work, alongside contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Team Size
The team consists of a group of dedicated vets, nurses, and support staff, many of whom are studying towards certificates to enhance their skills.

This purpose-built, modern veterinary practice is equipped with excellent facilities, providing an ideal environment to deliver high-quality care. The practice is part of a larger veterinary group, with colleagues across the UK and access to a wide support network.
