Introduction
Our Client is a corporately owned practice seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a well-equipped and supportive team. This role offers the opportunity to work within a modern clinical environment delivering high standards of patient and client care.
Working Hours / Rota
This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week.
Role Description
The Registered Veterinary Nurse will play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care through nurse-led appointments and supporting veterinary surgeons during procedures. Responsibilities include patient monitoring, managing admissions and discharges, dispensing medications, and ensuring all clinical records are accurate and up to date.
The role involves assisting with pre- and post-operative care, supporting laboratory work, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of clinical areas. Nurses will also contribute to team coordination through briefings and maintain high standards of compliance with all regulatory and operational requirements.
The successful candidate will work closely with both clinical and non-clinical team members, ensuring a collaborative approach to delivering the highest level of care.
Team Size
The team consists of 3 veterinary surgeons, supported by a skilled nursing team, front-of-house staff, and a dedicated practice manager.

The practice is a modern, purpose-designed facility set across multiple floors, offering a well-equipped clinical environment. It includes multiple consultation rooms, theatres, and dedicated prep areas, alongside a comfortable staff space.
The clinic benefits from strong transport links and is located within a vibrant urban area, providing easy access for commuting.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be an RCVS registered Veterinary Nurse with experience delivering high standards of patient and client care. Candidates should be confident working as part of a team, supporting nurse-led consults, and contributing to efficient clinical workflows.
Strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to support colleagues will be essential for success in this role.
