Our Client is an independently owned practice seeking Registered Veterinary Nurses to join their growing team. Working Hours / Rota
The role is full time, with a structured rota that includes participation in the nurse consult service and surgical support. Flexibility is encouraged, and the successful candidate may occasionally be asked to cover shifts at other sites.

Role Description
This position focuses on delivering consistently high clinical standards and supporting an exceptional client experience. You will be responsible for understanding and implementing clinical protocols, maintaining excellent nursing care and ensuring new communications and procedures are followed. Day-to-day duties include conducting screening procedures (including auscultation and sample procurement), nurse consultations, general anaesthetic monitoring and record keeping, administering treatments as directed and producing accurate, detailed clinical notes. You will assist veterinary surgeons during invasive and non-invasive procedures, support unsettled patients with urgency, disinfect surgical areas and medical equipment, uphold outstanding hygiene standards across clinical spaces, monitor stock levels and educate pet owners on routine and specialised care. Practice Details
The role is based within a brand new, beautifully designed clinic, created to combine modern elegance with first-class pet care. The wider group is building multiple sites supported by in-house, purpose-built technology, with a clear goal of transforming how veterinary care is accessed and delivered.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Registered Veterinary Nurse with demonstrable experience, including nurse consultations and general anaesthetic monitoring. You will have strong surgical etiquette, a clear understanding of quarantining procedures and confidence working with clinical protocols to maintain exceptional standards. A positive, team-focused attitude is essential, alongside great communication skills, strong initiative and the ability to work independently when needed. Confidence using practice management systems is also required, and you should be open to occasional shift cover across other sites.
