Job Description

Introduction
Our Client’s practice is a modern, well-equipped first opinion surgery seeking an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a proactive and supportive clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity for an RVN who is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care while supporting and developing colleagues in a collaborative environment.

Working Hours / Rota
The role offers a four-day working week designed to support a healthy work-life balance. Specific rota details, including weekends and out-of-hours duties, can be discussed during the recruitment process.

Role Description
This is a varied and hands-on nursing role within a busy first opinion practice. You will be actively involved in delivering high-quality clinical care, supporting consultations and procedures, and contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the surgery. The role also includes mentoring and supporting colleagues, helping to develop skills across the team, and engaging fully in ongoing CPD and professional development initiatives.

Team Size
You will join a welcoming and experienced clinical team with a range of interests and qualifications, including colleagues who have achieved or are currently working towards certificates in areas such as surgery and small animal medicine.

The practice is purpose-built, light, and spacious, equipped with modern technology to support excellent clinical standards. It has been awarded cat-friendly clinic status and is committed to continuous improvement, regularly introducing new initiatives to support learning and development across all levels of the team.
