Job Description

We are recruiting Registered Veterinary Nurses across Kettering and the surrounding region, working with independent practices, established veterinary groups, and hospital or referral environments.

Whether you’re a newly qualified RVN looking for your first permanent role or an experienced nurse seeking progression, specialisation, or improved work–life balance, we recruit for a wide range of permanent nursing opportunities.

Many roles offer flexible rotas, including part-time hours, four-day weeks, and reduced weekend commitments. A number of practices operate with no out-of-hours, while others offer shared or well-compensated OOH rotas.

Typical responsibilities include nurse consultations, anaesthetic monitoring, inpatient care, theatre work, diagnostic support, Schedule 3 procedures, clinical record-keeping, and client communication. Some roles also provide opportunities to develop specialist interests such as ECC, imaging, behaviour, or clinical coaching.

Why Work With Us

We focus on accurate job matching, honest communication, and a smooth recruitment process. You’ll only be introduced to roles that align with your salary expectations, rota preferences, and clinical interests.

Support includes:

  • Full role and practice details before interview

  • Transparent salary and benefits information

  • Interview preparation and offer negotiation

  • Long-term career development guidance

Requirements

  • RCVS registration (or pending registration)

  • Right to work in the UK

  • Small-animal nursing experience (newly qualified RVNs welcome)

  • Strong clinical and organisational skills

  • Positive, team-focused attitude
