Job Description
We are recruiting Registered Veterinary Nurses across High Wycombe and the wider Buckinghamshire region, working with independent practices, established veterinary groups, and veterinary hospitals.
Whether you are a newly qualified RVN looking for your first permanent role or an experienced nurse seeking progression, clinical development, or improved work–life balance, we recruit for a wide range of permanent nursing opportunities.
Many practices in and around High Wycombe offer flexible working patterns, including part-time roles, four-day weeks, and reduced weekend commitments. Several positions operate with no OOH, while others provide shared, rota-based, or well-compensated OOH arrangements.
Typical responsibilities include nurse consultations, anaesthetic monitoring, inpatient and ward care, theatre work, diagnostic support, Schedule 3 procedures, clinical record-keeping, and client communication. Some roles also offer opportunities to develop specialist interests such as ECC, imaging, or clinical coaching.
