Job Description

Introduction
Our Client is an independently owned Hospital seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their dedicated team within a multidisciplinary referral setting.

Rota Details

Information About the Practice
The team comprises Specialists, Residents, Interns, Senior RVNs, and support staff. The hospital fosters a culture of collaboration and learning, supporting nurses to develop advanced clinical skills.

Description of the Role
The role involves working closely with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality care across departments. Duties include anaesthetic monitoring, supporting advanced procedures, guiding auxiliary staff, mentoring new starters, and participating in CPD and quality improvement. Communication with clients, clinical, and non-clinical teams is vital.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a proactive, compassionate RVN with strong communication and organisational skills. Referral experience is desirable but not essential. A commitment to developing clinical knowledge and contributing to a high-performing team is highly valued.

Practice Equipment List
