Our Client is an independently owned practice seeking Registered Veterinary Nurses to join their growing team. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking environment focused on redesigning the veterinary experience, creating a supportive space where teams, clients and patients genuinely feel valued.

Working Hours / Rota
The role is full time, with a structured rota that includes participation in the nurse consult service and surgical support. Flexibility is encouraged, and the successful candidate may occasionally be asked to cover shifts at other sites.

Role Description
This role is focused on delivering exceptional clinical nursing care and maintaining the highest professional standards. Responsibilities include understanding and implementing all clinical protocols, ensuring new communications and procedures are followed, and actively contributing to the nurse consult service. Daily duties will involve conducting screening procedures such as auscultation and sample procurement, general anaesthetic monitoring and record keeping, administering treatments as directed, and producing accurate and comprehensive clinical notes. You will assist veterinary surgeons during invasive and non-invasive procedures, maintain excellent surgical etiquette and quarantining standards, disinfect surgical areas and medical equipment, uphold outstanding cleanliness across all clinical spaces, monitor and manage stock levels, and support pet owners by improving their knowledge of routine and specialised care.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Registered Veterinary Nurse with demonstrable experience, including nurse consultations and general anaesthetic monitoring. You will have well-honed surgical etiquette, strong knowledge of quarantining procedures and confidence in following clinical protocols. You will be a team player with excellent communication skills, strong initiative and the ability to work independently when required. Confidence using practice management systems is essential.
