Working Hours / Rota
This role is 40 hours per week across a 4-day week, with working hours between 08:00 and 19:00. The rota includes 2 in 9 Saturdays with time off in lieu. Part-time applications will also be considered.

Role Description
The Registered Veterinary Nurse will work within a busy and diverse caseload, supporting a substantial surgical workload including orthopaedic procedures. Responsibilities include theatre support, anaesthesia monitoring, inpatient care, nurse consultations, and assisting with complex cases. The role provides excellent exposure to a varied caseload, allowing you to fully utilise and develop your clinical nursing skills within a supportive, non-hierarchical environment.

You will join a collaborative and inclusive team that values each member’s contribution. The practice operates without rigid hierarchy, encouraging open communication and shared responsibility across clinical and support staff.

Practice Details
The Blackburn clinic features seven consulting rooms and three theatres, including a dedicated dental suite equipped with dental X-ray. The practice handles a large surgical caseload, including orthopaedic procedures, and is well equipped to deliver high standards of care to a growing client base.
