Job Description
Introduction
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a progressive and compassionate small animal clinic in Greater Manchester on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for a nurse who is eager to make a real difference while working in a supportive, modern, and inclusive environment.
Working Hours / Rota
This position offers a 3-day week (30 hours) with 1 in 8 Saturdays worked, with time off in lieu provided. The rota is designed to promote a healthy work-life balance while allowing you to engage with a wide and rewarding caseload.
Role Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and caring RVN to join a busy, purpose-built clinic. The site features five dedicated consulting rooms, two fully equipped theatres, and a dental suite, allowing you to utilise and expand your clinical skills across surgical, medical, and dental cases.
The clinic also benefits from separate cat and dog wards to ensure inpatient comfort, and the team includes an on-site Orthopaedic Surgeon, providing excellent opportunities to gain experience with advanced procedures.
This role will allow you to be involved in a variety of clinical duties including inpatient care, anaesthesia, nurse consultations, and supporting surgical cases. The position offers excellent exposure to a diverse caseload while maintaining a strong focus on patient welfare and client communication.
