Our Client is a 24-hour veterinary hospital based in Liverpool, Merseyside. The hospital is well-equipped and busy, offering a strong clinical environment for nurses who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient and client care.

This Night Registered Veterinary Nurse position provides an excellent opportunity to develop medical and surgical nursing skills while working alongside a dedicated night Veterinary Surgeon in a supportive hospital setting.

Working Hours / Rota
This is a permanent Night Registered Veterinary Nurse position working a rolling rota of 7 nights on followed by 7 nights off. The role is based within a 24-hour hospital environment, providing continuous inpatient and emergency care.

Role Description
In this role, you will deliver high standards of inpatient and emergency nursing care during night shifts. Your responsibilities will include patient monitoring, managing admissions and discharges, supporting consultations, surgeries and procedures, and carrying out nurse-led appointments and Schedule 3 activities in line with regulatory and practice standards.

You will play a key role in ensuring exceptional patient and client care, working collaboratively with the night Veterinary Surgeon to maintain clinical excellence throughout the shift. This position offers strong exposure to both medical and surgical cases within a busy hospital environment, supporting ongoing professional development.

Team Size
You will work closely with a dedicated night Veterinary Surgeon as part of a supportive wider hospital team. The environment encourages teamwork, collaboration, and shared commitment to high clinical standards.

Practice Details
