Locum Veterinary Surgeon

Job Description

My client is a fantastic small animal practice operating across two nearby branches on the Surrey and West London border. They are looking for a Locum Veterinary Surgeon to provide ongoing support from September.

The role will be working four days per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. The position will involve a varied mix of consultations and routine surgical procedures within a friendly and supportive team environment.

There are no weekend, out-of-hours or on-call requirements attached to the role, making this a great opportunity for a locum seeking a consistent ongoing booking with a strong work-life balance.

Please note that the practice is only able to engage locums working through an umbrella company.

Requirements

• RCVS registration
• Right to work in the UK
• Small animal clinical experience, typically two or more years unless stated otherwise
• Confidence with routine consultations and surgical procedures
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
