Job Description
My client is a busy 24-hour veterinary hospital in Dartford that is looking for experienced Locum Veterinary Surgeons to provide cover across a selection of dates throughout August.
The successful locums will be working within an established hospital team and supporting a varied caseload. Depending on the requirements of each shift, the role may include hospital and inpatient care, routine surgical procedures, emergency case management and consultations.
Due to the nature of the environment, the hospital is looking for confident and experienced Veterinary Surgeons who are comfortable managing a varied caseload and working independently where required.
Locums do not need to be available for every date, and the hospital can consider individual shifts or blocks of availability.
Unfortunately there is no accommodation provided with these dates.

Requirements
• RCVS registration
• Right to work in the UK
• Small-animal clinical experience, typically 2+ years unless stated otherwise
• Confidence with routine consultations and surgery
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
