The practice is supported by a nearby 24-hour hospital, providing access to additional facilities and advanced care when required.

The location offers excellent transport links, with Southgate Underground Station just a 15-minute walk away, providing direct access to Central London in approximately 35 minutes. The surrounding area offers a range of shops, restaurants and green spaces to enjoy during breaks.
