Introduction
Our Client is an independently owned practice seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Nurse to support the launch of a brand-new clinic. This role offers the opportunity to lead a nursing team within a modern, innovative environment that embraces bespoke technology and state-of-the-art facilities.

Rota Details
The role is full time, with a structured rota designed to support both clinical leadership and hands-on nursing responsibilities. Flexibility can be discussed, and the Head Nurse will work closely with the wider clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Description of the Role

Responsibilities include equipment and technology oversight, maintaining accurate stock control, supporting a positive working environment, and contributing to continuous improvement across the clinic. Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Head Nurse or be an experienced RVN with the capability to step confidently into a leadership position. They will bring strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset. Confidence with modern veterinary technology, a commitment to high-quality care, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment are essential.
