Role Description
This is a leadership position for a Head Registered Veterinary Nurse, responsible for overseeing the nursing team and ensuring the highest standards of patient care. You will lead, mentor, and manage the nursing staff, driving clinical excellence and maintaining a positive and collaborative working environment.
Your role will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and best practices, and working closely with veterinary surgeons to develop and implement patient care plans. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring the correct use and maintenance of medical equipment, and supporting the integration of bespoke veterinary technology.
This role offers the opportunity to shape the nursing team, contribute to the development of clinical standards, and play a key role in enhancing the overall veterinary care experience.
