Role Description
The Head Nurse will take responsibility for leading and developing the nursing team, ensuring consistently high standards of clinical care, governance, and customer service. You will support the professional development of Registered Veterinary Nurses, student nurses, and Veterinary Care Assistants while maintaining a hands-on clinical presence. The role combines leadership, mentoring, and operational responsibilities with day-to-day nursing duties, offering variety and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the practice.
