Job Description

Introduction
Our Client’s practice is part of a forward-thinking and innovative veterinary group, focused on transforming the veterinary experience through modern, beautifully designed clinics and integrated technology. With a strong emphasis on creating welcoming environments for both clients and teams, the group is redefining how veterinary care is delivered across London and Hertfordshire.

Working Hours / Rota
This role is available on a full-time or part-time basis, with flexibility to support multiple clinic locations. Specific rota details are not provided, but the position requires adaptability to cover different sites as needed.

Role Description
This is a dynamic Float RVN role supporting multiple clinics across the group, offering a varied and engaging workload. You will deliver high-quality clinical care, including nurse consults, anaesthetic monitoring, and assisting in surgical procedures.

Responsibilities include conducting clinical screenings, collecting samples, administering treatments, maintaining detailed clinical records, and supporting patient care throughout their journey. You will also play a key role in educating clients, supporting stock control, and ensuring consistent clinical standards across all sites.

This role is ideal for a nurse who enjoys variety, thrives in different team environments, and is confident working across multiple locations while maintaining excellent standards of care.

Team Size
You will work across a growing network of clinics, collaborating with multiple veterinary and nursing teams, building strong relationships and supporting colleagues across different sites.

Practice Details
The group operates a network of modern, purpose-built clinics designed to provide a seamless and enjoyable veterinary experience. Facilities are thoughtfully designed to create a calm and welcoming environment, supported by in-house technology to enhance both clinical care and client experience. The organisation promotes a strong, values-led culture focused on innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the veterinary industry.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be an RCVS registered Veterinary Nurse with solid clinical experience and confidence in nurse consults, anaesthetic monitoring, and surgical support. You will be adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple sites, with strong organisational and communication skills. A team-oriented approach and the ability to build relationships quickly are essential, along with a passion for delivering high standards of patient and client care in a progressive and evolving environment.
