Our Client is a corporately owned practice seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join their friendly and supportive first opinion practice on a permanent part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a veterinary surgeon looking to work within a collaborative environment where high clinical standards, professional development, and exceptional patient care are at the heart of everything they do.

Working Hours / Rota
This is a permanent part-time position working 30 hours per week across three days. The role also includes a 1 in 6 weekend rota based at a nearby 24-hour hospital, providing a varied caseload while maintaining an excellent work-life balance.

Role Description
As a Veterinary Surgeon, you will provide outstanding first opinion care through a varied caseload of consultations and routine surgery while maintaining the highest standards of clinical, regulatory, and operational compliance. You will develop tailored treatment plans, build strong client relationships, and work collaboratively with the wider practice team to deliver exceptional patient care. The role also offers excellent opportunities for continued professional development through funded certificates, structured CPD, and access to a wider clinical network.

Team Size
You will become part of a welcoming and supportive practice team, working closely with experienced veterinary surgeons, qualified nurses, and dedicated support staff. Additional clinical support is available through the wider veterinary network and nearby 24-hour hospital.
