Role Description
This position is ideal for a Veterinary Surgeon who enjoys surgery and is keen to have greater clinical involvement and leadership responsibility. You will assist the practice owners in supporting and guiding the veterinary team while continuing to deliver high standards of patient care.
You will carry out consultations and routine surgical procedures, with protected time built into the day for case follow-ups and client communication.
The practice actively encourages professional development, offering strong CPD support and certificate funding, creating a clear pathway for continued clinical progression.
Team Size
You will work alongside an experienced and supportive nursing team, approachable management and fellow Veterinary Surgeons within a collaborative environment where teamwork and open communication are highly valued.
Practice Details
The recently expanded, modern practice is exceptionally well-equipped and includes dedicated surgical and dental suites, digital radiography, ultrasound, in-house laboratory facilities, CT scanner and a rehabilitation centre with hydrotherapy and physiotherapy services. The rehabilitation department includes an underwater treadmill and is supported by an in-house physiotherapist.
The practice also accepts external referrals for CT imaging.
