Introduction
Our Client is a well-established and newly refurbished small animal practice based in Croydon, Greater London. The practice offers a bright, modern clinical environment with strong transport links, located within a 20-minute walk of East Croydon train station, providing direct access to central London in 15–20 minutes.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon seeking a part-time role within a successful and supportive practice that promotes a healthy work–life balance.

Working Hours / Rota
This is a permanent part-time position working 20 hours per week. The ideal rota consists of 2 fixed days, 9am–7pm. The role includes 1 in 5 weekends, supporting a balanced and sustainable working pattern.

Role Description
In this role, you will deliver high-quality clinical care through consultations and routine surgical procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory, practice, and operational standards. You will develop tailored treatment plans in partnership with clients and manage a varied small animal caseload.

You will work collaboratively within a supportive team environment, contributing to the ongoing development of clinical standards and patient care. This position offers an excellent opportunity to maintain strong clinical involvement while benefiting from a part-time schedule.

Practice Details
The practice is newly refurbished and features a bright reception area, two spacious consultation rooms, and a fully equipped theatre and preparation room. The modern facilities support a varied first-opinion caseload within a well-organised and professional setting.

Conveniently located in Croydon, the practice benefits from excellent transport links and easy access to central London.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a qualified MRCVS Veterinary Surgeon with experience in small animal practice. You will demonstrate a strong commitment to clinical excellence and client care, alongside confidence in consultations and routine surgical procedures.
