You will contribute positively to the team environment, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues while maintaining high clinical standards. The practice encourages collaboration and continuous learning, making it an excellent setting for a vet who thrives in a supportive and progressive environment.
Team and Practice Environment
You will be joining a large and enthusiastic clinical team consisting of four full-time vets, five part-time vets, five RVNs, three SVNs and two Animal Nursing Assistants, alongside a dedicated support team.
The practice holds certificates in diagnostic imaging, exotics and rehabilitation and offers an in-house orthopaedics service. The Poole branch also benefits from a CT scanning suite.
The culture is described as easy-going and positive, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and workplace enjoyment alongside clinical excellence.
