Job Description

This corporately owned practice is looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join and lead their team.

This is a Full Time Position working a 4 Days a week, with a shared weekend rota, however, there is a degree of flexibility with the schedule for the right candidate. Out of Hours is not included in this role ensuring an excellent work/life balance.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ UK small animal practice (or UK equivalent) experience as well, you must have a client-oriented approach and excellent communication skills, work to a very high standard both medically and surgically and have the drive and ambition to help develop this practice further.

You will also need to be competent in clinical examination and surgery and confident working sole charge or as part of the wider team. This practice is fully equipped with keyhole and laparoscopic spays, Dental x-rays, Endoscopes, Gastroscope, in-house bloods, biochemistry and urine analysis, Anti-coagulant, prep and theatre rooms, a stunning reception area and beautiful consult rooms along with kennel room, isolation room and wash room.
