Job Description
Introduction
Our Client is a corporately owned veterinary practice offering an excellent opportunity for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a friendly and supportive team. Working Hours / Rota
This is a full-time position working a four-day week. The role includes participation in a one-in-five weekend rota at a nearby 24-hour hospital, along with some Bank Holiday and on-call duties.
Role Description
This varied nursing role involves delivering high-quality nurse-led consultations and Schedule 3 procedures while supporting veterinary surgeons during consultations, diagnostics, surgeries and other clinical procedures. You will provide excellent inpatient nursing care, monitor patients throughout their treatment, manage admissions and discharges, and ensure the highest standards of clinical, regulatory and operational compliance are maintained. Working closely with the wider clinical team, you will help deliver outstanding patient care while providing exceptional service to clients in a collaborative and supportive environment.

You will join a welcoming team of veterinary surgeons, registered veterinary nurses and support staff who work closely together to deliver excellent patient care. The practice promotes teamwork, shared learning and ongoing professional development for every member of the clinical team.

A willingness to participate in the weekend, Bank Holiday and on-call rota is essential.
