Our Client is a well-established small animal practice located in West Byfleet, Surrey. Situated in a picturesque area with excellent transport links into London and easy access to Heathrow Airport, the practice offers the perfect balance between countryside living and city convenience.

The clinic is modern and well-equipped, supported by a dedicated and experienced team and a loyal client base committed to maintaining high standards of care. This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a supportive and progressive environment.

Working Hours / Rota
This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week. The rota includes 1 in 4 Saturdays or Sundays at a nearby 24-hour hospital, along with a fair share of bank holidays and participation in an on-call rota.

Role Description
In this role, you will deliver exceptional patient care, carrying out nurse-led appointments and Schedule 3 activities, while supporting consultations, surgeries, and procedures in line with regulatory and operational standards.

You will be responsible for patient monitoring, inpatient care, and managing admissions and discharges. The position offers exposure to a varied caseload within a well-equipped branch environment, allowing you to utilise and further develop your clinical nursing skills.

You will also play an important role in delivering outstanding client care and working collaboratively within a supportive team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.

Team Size
The practice is led by an experienced Branch Partner and supported by a dedicated nursing and reception team. The clinic benefits from a strong, collaborative working culture and a loyal, long-standing client base.

Practice Details
The clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including a dedicated dental suite with CR7 dental radiography, a brand new X-ray machine, ultrasound, a fully equipped theatre, and an in-house laboratory.

The practice provides high-quality first-opinion care within a modern and well-maintained clinical environment.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a RCVS Registered Veterinary Nurse with a passion for delivering exceptional patient and client care. You will be confident carrying out nurse-led appointments and Schedule 3 procedures, and comfortable supporting both medical and surgical cases.

Strong communication skills, a team-oriented approach, and a commitment to maintaining high clinical standards are essential for success in this role.
