Introduction
Our Client’s practice is a friendly, RCVS-accredited small animal practice located in Greater London, with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional patient and client care. Deeply embedded within the local community, the practice prides itself on building long-standing relationships with clients and providing a compassionate, holistic approach to veterinary care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Working Hours / Rota
This role is available on a full-time or part-time basis, with a standard full-time rota of 40 hours per week. Shifts are between 8:00am and 6:30pm, with 1 in 3 Saturdays (8:30am–1:00pm). There are no out-of-hours requirements.

Role Description
This is a varied and rewarding RVN role where you will be involved in delivering high standards of surgical, in-patient, and nurse-led care. The practice is keen to develop and expand nurse-led clinics, including wellbeing assessments and community nursing initiatives, offering you the chance to actively shape services and contribute to new developments.

You will be encouraged to utilise your full skillset, working closely with a supportive team while contributing to continuous clinical improvement. Whether newly qualified or experienced, there are excellent opportunities for progression, including stepping into leadership roles or developing specialist interests.

The practice is an RCVS-accredited small animal clinic with a strong community presence and a loyal client base built over decades. It is well-equipped with excellent monitoring equipment for anaesthesia and essential in-house diagnostic tools, all within an efficient and easy-to-navigate layout.
