Job Description

Introduction
Our Client is a corporately owned practice seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their nursing team in Southampton. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a supportive, growing team that prides itself on delivering high standards of clinical care and customer service.

Working Hours / Rota
The role involves four 9-hour days per week, with 1 in 4 weekends and duty nights included on a rotational basis.

Role Description
The Registered Veterinary Nurse will assist the Head Nurse in ensuring the efficiency, governance, and continuous improvement of clinical operations within the surgery. Responsibilities will include supporting colleagues across consulting, surgical, and inpatient care, ensuring patient welfare, and contributing to the smooth running of the practice. The role offers variety in caseload and full support for continued professional development.

Team Size
The Southampton practice has a well-established and collaborative team, with colleagues across veterinary, nursing, and support roles. Many of the team are working towards certificates, enhancing the practice’s clinical expertise and range of services.
