Job Description
Introduction
Our Client is a corporately owned Hospital looking to recruit a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their busy 24-hour site in East London.
Rota Details
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with an average of 1:4 weekends, TOIL, and up to three bank holidays per year.
Information About the Practice
The hospital team is well-established, comprising around 24 vets, 27 RVNs, 14 SVNs, 7 VCAs, and a large front-of-house team. The hospital is RCVS accredited and offers a supportive environment with a highly experienced head nurse and senior and deputy nurses.
Description of the Role
The role involves rotation across multiple departments including theatre, wards, consults, and ECC, providing opportunities to maintain and develop a broad range of clinical skills.
Ideal Candidate
A confident and capable RVN experienced in a hospital or busy branch setting, comfortable supporting multiple departments and contributing to nursing team development.
Practice Equipment List
The hospital supports advanced procedures and has strong diagnostic capabilities including a CT scanner, commercial laboratory, and expertise in orthopaedics, soft tissue, and minimally invasive surgery.
